Titled the \u2018Pitch and Catch Rally\u2019, supporters of the Expos and baseball in Montreal are being encouraged to visit the fields at Jarry Park to throw around the ball.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In association with Les Grandes Etoiles du Hockey, former Montreal Expos players Steve Rogers, Claude Raymond Denis Boucher and Derek Aucoin, and other celebrities, will be on hand to participate in the pitch and catch event. Fans that bring their baseball gloves will have a chance to briefly throw with the former Expos and other personalities for the cause of returning professional baseball to Montreal. Interested baseball enthusiasts are invited at 8:30 a.m. to visit the corner of St. Laurent Blvd and Gary Carter Street.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis event will showcase Montreal\u2019s vibrant and ever-growing heartbeat and desire to enjoy a sport that is and always will be engrained in our community,\u201d said Matthew Ross, ExposNation Founder and Chairman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concurrently, ExposNation has also announced the launch of a season ticket drive designed to show that Montreal can support a Major League Baseball franchise.
