In an interview published in the New York Times, the new commissioner of Major League Baseball Rob Manfred, said that Quebec fans have shown their commitment to baseball by appearing in large numbers at the Olympic Stadium in April for two preseason games Blue Jays Toronto.<\/p>\n

Even if he does not see any expansion projects in its short-term crystal ball, Manfred argues that those who dream of returning Expos have attracted the attention of baseball. “Montreal has helped his candidacy with the support that has been shown during Blue Jays games.
