Montreal, Quebec, May 22, 2015 – ExposNation, a non-profit corporation that promotes Montreal as a viable MLB market, is extending an open invitation to Montreal baseball fans on July 26th to come aboard its buses travelling to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. The goal of the voyage is to support former Expos Pedro Martinez and Randy Johnson at their induction ceremony, and to show the baseball world that there’s a large, devoted fan base ready to support the eventual return of the Montreal Expos.

The bus departs from the Palais des congres at 6:30 am and arrives in Cooperstown at noon. The Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum induction ceremony takes place outside at 1:30 pm and is free. The bus departs Cooperstown at 6:30 pm to return to Montreal.

For only $55, fans can book a same day round trip from Montreal to Cooperstown.

“We’re providing Montreal baseball fans a chance to travel and make another loud statement together that we want our baseball team back. This isn’t a generational cause; we expect fans of all ages to join us in this all-important show of baseball support,”

said Matthew Ross, ExposNation Founder and Chairman.

Pedro Martinez pitched for the Expos from 1994 to 1997, winning the franchise’s only Cy Young Award. Randy Johnson was drafted by the Expos and pitched for the club in 1988 and 1989 before being traded.
